Long Bay Regional Park is situated adjacent to the 970 hectares of Okura Marine Reserve on Auckland's North Shore. The regional park is a popular spot for picnics with plenty of seating areas, a number of BBQ stations and a childrens' play area.

Ngäti Kahu was the primary tribal group to live here until the European settlement started in the 1850s. A number of walking tracks include The Nature Trail and coastal tracks to the Okura River (1 hour, 20 minutes), Granny's Bay (20 minutes) and Pohutukawa Bay (35 minutes).
